Health (1 semester) – This course provides each student with a knowledge and understanding of the basic principles of health in order to motivate the student to apply that knowledge to daily living. The course attempts to encourage the student to share this knowledge and experience in healthful living with others and thus maximize his/her service to God and man.
Team Sports I & II – These classes introduce students to a variety of activities that enable them to maintain a healthy lifestyle through physical education and to recognize its importance to lifelong health. This course also focuses on developing physical skill in the area of team sports.
Life Sports – This course focuses on life-long fitness goals. Through study and practice, students will learn to develop personal fitness plans for their life. This course also incorporates team and individual sports to develop physical skills.
