Who We Are

Escondido Adventist Academy is a K-12 Seventh-day Adventist church-affiliated school which was established in 1903, and became a full Kindergarten – 12th grade program in 1983. It was the first private school in Escondido to offer Advanced Placement [AP] classes, and is accredited by the Western Association of Schools and Colleges (WASC) and the Adventist Accrediting Association. EAA is part of the Adventist Education system, the largest protestant educational system in the world.
 
EAA is located on 14 acres in the city of Escondido, California at 1301 Deodar Road, just off Interstate 15, north of Hwy 78. Its physical facilities include a 72,000 square foot building which houses the classrooms, science and computer laboratories, music department, fine arts studio, library, chapel, gymnasium, and cafeteria. The grounds include a softball and football/soccer field, hard court surfaces, a separate playground area for primary grades, an outdoor amphitheater, and a picnic area.
